Booking

A shipment is booked once the customer approves the itemised quote and the pickup date.

Items are packed and listed in a contents list signed by the customer before loading.

Transit times depend on the route, the crossing or port and customs procedures; the expected time is given in the quote.

Items banned by the regulations of Saudi Arabia, the transit countries or the destination are not accepted.

Delivery is made to the address agreed in the quote; furniture placement is available in the Gulf countries.
