🏪 Who we serve

Commercial shipping sized to your business

Commercial cargo differs from personal effects in one important way: every carton has a value on an invoice, and every delay shows up as an empty shelf or a late customer order. So we start by understanding what the goods are and how they are sold, then propose the mode, packing and timing that fit your business cycle.

We work with shops supplying branches or partners, wholesalers selling to distributors in the Gulf and Jordan, online sellers who need stock closer to their customers, and small manufacturers exporting medium volumes of their products.

We collect from your warehouse or shop in any Saudi city and agree a loading slot with your team so daily operations are not disrupted. On arrival the cargo is delivered to the consignee's warehouse or store, with a WhatsApp update at each stage.

📦 Cargo types

Commercial goods we ship regularly

Each category has its own packing and paperwork needs. These are the ones we handle most:

Clothing and textiles

Many relatively light cartons that need careful numbering by style and size so stock-taking on arrival is easy.

Packaged food

Dates, canned goods, spices and coffee, shipped with a health certificate and with attention to shelf life and storage.

Spare parts and tools

Small but heavy items packed in strong cases on pallets, with delicate parts kept apart from heavy ones.

Cosmetics

Heat- and breakage-sensitive bottles shipped by road or sea with inner protection; we check which items may fly.

E-commerce stock

Mixed SKUs grouped on pallets by product code, ready to be booked straight into the destination warehouse system.

Building and decor materials

Tiles, marble, sanitary ware and lighting that need forklift loading and solid securing inside the truck or container.

⚖️ Comparison

Part load (LTL) or full truckload (FTL)?

The choice depends on volume, urgency and how sensitive the goods are. Here is a practical road-freight comparison:

FactorPart load LTL (shared)Full truckload FTL (dedicated)
Typical sizeOne pallet up to several palletsA load filling most or all of the truck
How it is pricedBy pallet count, or by volume and weightA whole-truck quote for the route
DepartureFollows the consolidation scheduleAs soon as your goods are ready
Handling pointsMay pass through more than one load and unloadOne loading, one unloading
Sensitive goodsNeed stronger packing as space is sharedLower risk of rubbing and damage
SuitsOnline stores and mid-sized ordersWholesalers and large recurring loads

ℹ️ At sea, part load corresponds to LCL (shared container space) and full load to FCL (a whole 20ft or 40ft container).

🧱 Pallets

Palletising your goods before shipping

A pallet turns dozens of loose cartons into one unit that a forklift can lift and that can be counted in seconds at the border and at the consignee's warehouse. We stack the heaviest cartons at the bottom, keep the load within the pallet edges so it does not take knocks, then stretch-wrap it in several layers and fit cardboard corner guards so the edges are not crushed.

Every pallet carries a label with its number and carton count, and is listed on the packing list attached to the commercial invoice. The consignee can then reconcile the shipment quickly, and customs officers can review it without breaking down the whole load.

  • Balanced stacking at a height that will not tip.
  • Stretch film and cardboard corner guards on the edges.
  • A label on each pallet with its number and carton count.

🧾 Documents

Export documents for commercial cargo

Accurate documents decide how quickly clearance goes on the Saudi side and at the destination. These are the usual papers and what each one does:

DocumentPurposePractical notes
Commercial registrationProves the exporter is a registered businessMust be valid and match the company name on the invoice
Commercial invoiceStates the goods, their value and the buyer and sellerNeeds a clear description, quantity and value for each line
Packing listDetails packages and pallets with weights and dimensionsMust match the actual pallet and carton numbers
Certificate of originShows where the goods were madeIssued by the competent authority; may affect how the cargo is treated at destination
Health certificateRequired for food itemsApply to the competent authority well before shipping
Clearance authorisationLets us complete export formalities on FasahSigned per shipment or as agreed

ℹ️ The destination may ask for extra documents for certain goods, according to the regulations in force at the time of shipping.

Why the certificate of origin matters

A certificate of origin is not a formality. It shows where the goods were made, and destination customs rely on it to decide how the shipment is treated. Goods made in the Kingdom can be treated differently from imported goods being re-exported, so the certificate must match the commercial invoice and packing list exactly. We help you check that match before shipping; the final decision rests with destination customs.

🥫 Food products

Shipping food products with a health certificate

Dates, coffee, spices and canned goods are among the commercial products most often exported from the Kingdom to neighbouring markets, but they need extra care. The first requirement is a health certificate from the competent authority, and some countries also expect specific details on the product label, such as ingredients and production and expiry dates in a required language.

We advise making sure the remaining shelf life comfortably covers transit, clearance and time on the shelf, especially for sea freight to North Africa, which can take weeks. Inside the truck or container we keep food apart from detergents and perfumes, and we avoid perishables that need refrigeration unless a specific arrangement has been agreed.

  • A valid health certificate before the shipping date.
  • Clear product labels that meet destination requirements.
  • Enough shelf life left to cover transit and sale.
🧭 Shipment flow

How your commercial shipment is managed

We follow a fixed sequence that keeps surprises to a minimum and makes everyone's role clear:

  1. 1

    Define goods and destination

Product types, pallet or carton count, weights, collection city and receiving warehouse.

  2. 2

    Mode and quote

Road part load or full truck, sea, or air for samples, with an itemised quote.

  3. 3

    Document check

We match the invoice, packing list and certificate of origin before loading to avoid stops at the border.

  4. 4

    Loading and clearance

Loading at your warehouse, then export clearance on Fasah under your clearance authorisation.

  5. 5

    Delivery to the consignee

Unloading and pallet reconciliation against the list, with a final WhatsApp confirmation.

✅ Trader checklist

Get ready before loading day

These points can save you a day or more of waiting at the border:

  • Describe every item clearly on the invoice instead of vague terms like "mixed goods".
  • Make sure the carton count on the packing list matches what is on the pallets.
  • Give gross and net weight for each pallet or group of cartons.
  • Provide full consignee details: company name, warehouse address and registration number at destination if any.
  • Confirm nothing is prohibited or restricted, such as flammables, or aerosols on air freight.
  • Agree before shipping who handles import formalities at the destination.
  • Make sure the truck and a forklift can reach the loading point.
❓ FAQ

Commercial cargo: questions traders ask

What is the minimum commercial shipment?

You can start from a single pallet or a modest number of cartons on a part load. As volume grows, a full truck or a container becomes more economical and faster.

Do you move online store stock to warehouses abroad?

Yes. We move stock on pallets sorted by product code to the warehouse you choose in the Gulf or Jordan, or by sea to Turkey and North Africa.

Where do commercial containers arrive in the UAE?

Commercial sea cargo to the UAE usually arrives at Jebel Ali. By road, trucks cross at Al Batha and Ghuwaifat and reach Dubai in approximately 2–4 days.

Who handles clearance at the destination?

We handle export clearance on the Saudi side. Import formalities are for the consignee or their broker at the destination, and we send them copies of the documents in advance to speed things up.

Can commercial samples be sent quickly?

Yes. Light samples fly from Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam airports and are charged on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

Can you guarantee no duties at the destination?

We never promise customs outcomes; duties and procedures are set by destination customs according to the regulations in force at the time of shipping. Our job is to prepare accurate, consistent documents that reduce reasons for delay.
