Khobar’s air is humid and salty near the coast, and furniture coming from dry Riyadh suffers if it stays sealed under film for days. We pack for the road and unwrap during assembly.

A closed truck is our standard on this road because of sand and heat. A full load gives you a fixed arrival that matches the tower’s lift booking, which matters a great deal in Khobar. Example: a two-bedroom flat from Al Sahafa to a Corniche tower

A couple living on the second floor in Al Sahafa, north Riyadh, moved to the eleventh floor of a Corniche tower in Khobar. They had a bedroom, a study, a living-room sofa set, a glass dining table, fridge, washer, two ACs and twenty-five boxes; the new flat had a fitted kitchen. Management booked the service lift from nine until noon. We dismantled and packed from midday, loaded until sunset, drove overnight, and four movers unloaded inside the slot the next morning, with the bedroom, study and TV set up by afternoon. The move started from SAR 840, with AC removal from SAR 115 per unit and VIP packing for the glass table from SAR 140; no kitchen charge because their kitchen stayed in Riyadh.
