The stretch between Wadi Al Dawasir and Tathlith is long and has few services in places, so the driver refuels at large stations beforehand and only stops in populated areas. Both roads have the usual inter-regional checkpoints, where the load details are all that is needed.

For a complete home, book a full truck: it leaves when you agree and drives straight to your door. A shared load works for a student’s room, a single employee’s belongings or a few pieces and costs less, but its timing depends on another trip to Asir.

We don’t use open trucks on this route. The Tathlith road is dusty, sandstorms blow up from time to time, and summer rain in Khamis arrives fast in the afternoon. A closed box protects against all of it.
